IF I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there [too] (Psalms 139:8). Nobody hides from GOD. Our sins are revealed to HIM like an inferno. Everything or anything that displeases GOD is sin. The extinguisher for that kind of inferno is repentance.
Somebody is wrong; but the Bible is right.
Sin disrespects, dishonors, disdains, and disgraces GOD. Sin is sin if it is committed in sunlight. Sin was sin last year; it is sin this year. Sin is sin if it is committed in pitch dark. Sin is sin if no one sees it. Sin is sin if it is done with permission. Sin is sin if it is done with reluctance. Sin is damning. Sin is ugly. Sin is blinding. Sin is destructive. Sin is detrimental. Sin is dangerous. Sin is sin obeying the devil. Sin is never clean. It is never cheap. It is never beautiful. It is never honest. It is never right. Sin don’t care if you are rich, middle class, on
your way up, poor, black, white, gay, lesbian, heterosexual, or died in your sin. The wage
s of sin is the same wage it was thousands of years ago, eternal damnation and death. Sin is the only thing that can actually separate us from the love of GOD.
There is no comfort in sin. No encouragement from GOD. No true worship. No assurance in our prayer. And no satisfaction when we attend church. Sin is a monster digging into our minds to plant seeds of depression, suicide, and despair. Sin!
We do not have to live in sin. Behold the LAMB of GOD taketh away the sins of the world! HE fulfilled the Scripture; HE is the only ONE who can forgive our sins. And the only ONE who can give us the gift of eternal life. Do not let Satan steal your heart and separate you from GOD. Repent now. HE has been knocking on the door of your heart, calling, and waiting just for you.
