CHRISTMAS is the greatest holiday in the universe; it marks the BIRTH of CHRIST. Thus, Believers and non-believers celebrate it around the world.
Is JESUS the CENTER of your JOY this CHRISTMAS?
until the days we attend church, we would be miserable. What is the center of your joy? If it is not CHRIST, we are in trouble.
GOD longs to be the center of our joy. When we read our Bible, a desire to become closer to the LORD, and to learn more about HIM should occur. The hungrier and thirstier we are for HIM, the more HE will fill our hearts with HIS LOVE. The things of this world cannot be the source of our joy. We will hurt ourselves.
Joy to the world, the LORD is come!
Baby JESUS was born. JESUS’ joy is not an up-and-down-here-today-gone-tomorrow joy. HE filled the void in our souls with the gift of salvation. There was not a perfect man; animal sacrifices could not pay the price for mans’ sins eternally. JESUS is the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIGHT.
JESUS brings JOY to the World!
She will give birth to a SON, and you are to give HIM the NAME JESUS, because HE will save HIS people from their sins. (Matt 1:21). HE was BORN to be SAVIOR, that is why HE came.
As we ask loved ones about gifts, ask CHRIST too. HE will not require you to use credit, cash, or debit. HE paid your and my debt, HE paid it all. HE even paid for past, present, and future sin. All HE wants is your heart; gift wrap it and give it to HIM.
